Carole Schneider manages the day to day administrative requirements of the agency. Marketing, advertising, human resources, IT technology, event planning and social media platforms are just some of the areas she is responsible for. Her love of people and excellent communication skills assist our agency team in maintaining our excellent customer service levels. She brings with her 15 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager in the pharmaceuticals industry. Carole volunteers her time to several non-for-profit agencies. Carole is married to Jeffrey Quenneville, her spouse of 32 years. Together they have raised two beautiful children and have opened their home to many canine rescues.
